In-person Appointments
In order to limit the number of patients in our waiting room, we ask that you do not come more than 10 minutes before your appointment. Please come to the appointment alone. The exception will be if you are accompanying a young child or a patient who needs an assistant. We do recommend that you wear a mask. Please keep a safe distance between you, other patients, and staff at the clinic. Hand sanitizer will be provided.
Phone Consultations
If you are a high-risk patient, please phone the clinic to arrange for a phone consultation. Your physician will phone you on the day that you are scheduled. If the physician feels that the problem cannot be addressed over the phone and an in-person visit is required, they will request that you come in.
Same-day Appointments
During the pandemic, we still do have some limited same-day appointments. They are on a first come first serve basis. Be at the clinic at 9 am or phone the clinic at 9:15 am (when our phone lines open) for an appointment time.
